Toddler Logic

Our nightly Routine:

Jammies on
Brush teeth & go to the bathroom
fill up water bottles
read scriptures up in Colin & Brannon's room
Say prayers
Goodnight hugs & kisses to big boys

Then we go down to Evrett's room to read him books. The number of books depends on the time and how tired I am. The other night it was LATE and I was TIRED so this is how the conversation went:

me: "you can pick out ONE book"
E: "ok two books"
me: "I said ONE."
E: "no I want two"
me: "ONE"
E: "OK. One book AND One book. Thats one book mom"

So I gave in and read his 2 "one books".

Some of his favorites right now are:

DR. SUESS: Go Dogs Go, Green Eggs and Ham, Put me in the Zoo
And a triple book Sesame Street book set he WON in a drawing at the library.
