This little vacation is pretty self-explanatory from looking at the pics but here are a few more details.
*Ben had to stay at home and work :( We missed him
*Aunt Amber and her girls came to visit since they were staying with Amber's parents in Minnesota for the summer and were only a couple hours away.
*The boys LOVE tubing and doing crazy things
*My kids eat a lot.
*always wash off the lake water with soap so you don't get duck itch
*The kids put on a really cute talent show (Ry & JJ's idea) it was pretty funny b/c they didn't know what they were doing but the rest of the fam were good sports and sat through the whole thing :)
*July 4th was a bit stormy so we decided to forgo the traditional boat ride to watch fireworks and we took the kids to the spot where they set the fireworks off at. It was at the Indian Bowl on the reservation. We caught the tail end of a real pow wow and then saw the amazing fireworks. It was a ton of fun. Oh, we ate yummy kettle korn made in a real authentic huge indian kettle.
*We had a great time with everyone!
