My Birthday

So this brings me to the big old 29 but after this past year my body feels twice that age! I am feeling old and I don't like it :( But I did have a fun birthday. I met up with some friends at a rummage sale and found a bunch of great books for the kids for 10 cents each! Afterwards we went to the zoo with them and met up with some other playgroup people.

Then mom and dad took us to Freddy's for dinner. As always, it was super yummy! Uncle Mike made it just in time too (he is in the process of moving from PA to OK for his residency program) Then we headed to Brannon's baseball game.

And came home and ate brownies and ice cream. And then realized we didn't sing so we lit the candles and sang.

We invited our friends, the Quijanos, over but Melissa came so it was just Ross. My dad loved talking food and root beer with him :)

Uncle Mike and all my goodies. Lots of face wash, a cooler/lunch bag/ and some cute shirts & earrings from mom. My friend Melanie gave me the necklace and Lindsay & Dicy gave me so yummy soap & fancy cleaning stuff.

It was a fun day and I like saying I'm 29...but I wish I didn't feel so old and achy everywhere. I'm hoping it goes away when this residency ends.
